This error keeps popping up for me on the downloaded version of the game that I have. I have tried loading from my last save file several times. I sleep, level up my character, arrive on the first probe planet for the first time, and try to go to the vendors to buy or sell items. The first vendor, Carl, will give me a critical error message if I try to buy something. The second vendor, whose name I forget, WILL let me buy things but will not let me sell things. This is very frustrating as I had no issues when I played on the web version. I stopped playing on the web version because my save files would always be gone when I came back to the site. I thought I could keep my save files and progress in the game if I downloaded the game.
Please let me know if I am doing something wrong, or if this is an actual bug.
