crash on save to file

there where multiple issues leading up to this but first the stack trace

the first thing i noticed was that when picking up items it said my inventory was full
it wasn't though and when showing the inventory so that you could drop things it said as much (18/20 in my case) i could only leave the screen if i dropped something even if that didn't lower the amount of unique items
after a while i thought that reloading might fix this so i wanted to save my game first, however if i tried to save using one of the save slots (filled or empty) nothing happend. i could still delete used save slots.
so then i decided to save to file and that's when the crash took place

i don't know if it will help but I've attached the latest save file that still worked

edit: i just remembered at some point i was also unable to feed the mimbranes. but was able to fix that by getting another one. another issue (maybe unrelated? ) is that when i have the portrait expanded for some time the "M" button underneath stops working. but that's easily fixed by shrinking and re-expanding the portrait
