So what actually happens when you reach corruption 100 is it bad? If it is can I still reverse whatever happens

You get a Title and a new status indicator. Oh, and if there are any Bad Ends gated behind a Corruption stat check you are definitely meeting that requirement but I'm pretty sure all the ones in the game right now have thresholds far below that. There may be things in the future that specifically check for max Corruption but not right now that I can think of.

And yes, you can still reverse it at that point.

Corruption has nearly no gameplay effect. Apart of allowing to equip few corrupted items. Narratively champ just behaves like an ass in scenes that check corruption.

 

[Ace Hangman]

You could, use it as an RP method for playing a redeemed Champion. I believe a Steam achievement even requires that (redeeming yourself from full Corruption).
