Alright, guys and gals, let's talk about titties. Specifically, SPACE TITTIES.
I'm proposing an overhaul to how Tainted Space measures character bust.
As they are right now, with only the cup letter sizes, it's virtually impossible to tell how big a character's breasts really are without also knowing their body shape. It might sound more complicated than it really is, but basically all you really need to do is add in a character's bandsize too. Consider this: a 36A-cup bra has the same volume as a 32C-cup bra. So what's the difference between an A-cup and a C-cup? Essentially, each cup-size indicates a 1-inch difference between the overbust and the underbust. The number before the cup-size indicates underbust--ie, how many inches around their chest is where the bra band rests, while the cup size indicates overbust--ie, how many inches around at the fullest part of the chest-usually overtop the nipples. So a 36A-cup means that a girl has a 36-inch underbust and a 37-inch overbust, while a 32-C indicates a girl has a 32-inch underbust and a 35-inch overbust. Both hold the same size breasts, though. If both had the same band size, THEN the C-cup would be bigger.

As for how to actually implement this in-game, I recommend making a function based on character thickness. Take the value for character thickness and convert it into chest circumference; for example, a thickness of 0 could mean a slender 26-inch underbust, and move that up 2 inches or so per 10 points of thickness. That's just the first part, though.
To my understanding, the current system uses a 'Breast Rating' value, with 1=A, 2=B, 3=C, etc. This is actually perfect, and makes it super easy to convert systems. Take that value and add it to the underbust value, and BOOM, you have overbust. So a character with thickness 20 and what would currently register as "E-cup breasts", or a breast value of 7, would, under the new system, have an underbust of 30 and an overbust value of 37.
As for the last bit, and this is just for the sake of proportions, take an average height (roughly 5'3" is the average female height, but to simplify things, let's say 5'0") and set it equal to 1. For every foot or so of height, increase or decrease that number by 0.1. So let's say you're 4'9", the number becomes 0.9. This isn't terribly important unless you're playing a very tiny or very large character, but otherwise things will get confusing fast. Multiply both the underbust and overbust by this number. If you're within human proportions (between about 4'6" and 7'3"), then you could probably disregard this number altogether. But if you're 15 feet tall, you sure as hell don't have an underbust of 26, or you'd be the most literal beanpole in history. I'm not gonna do that math right here, but it'd be important for the programmers to work out.
As for what cupsize that actually means is a little more complicated. In the UK, that's a 30F. In the US, it's a 30G. Maybe in Fenoxoland, that's still a 30E, but would lead to some confusion for us Terran girls. The attached file is a quick conversion chart for all this. Each letter after A indicates a 1-inch overbust difference, while AA is...pretty much 0 inches. I'd personally recommend keeping with the UK system, as it makes more sense.
So let's put this into practice real quick. My PC, Baron Tits McBigBalls Steele, is a super slender ausar chick with tiny tits. In numbers, that means a thickness of 0 (so an underbust of 26in) and a breast rating of 1 (A cups in any system). BUT! Ms. McBigBalls isn't content to be relegated to the itty bitty titty committee forever! She buys herself a big ol' pile of Tittyblossom. So she takes one and gets some tig ol' bitties. Let's say she got lucky and went up 3 sizes to a D cup (so a breast rating of 4). Her measurement went from 26A to 26D. Good on you, girl! BUT AGAIN! Tits McGee (she felt like a new name) goes out to celebrate her new assets. Her good friends on New Texas through a big barbecue party for her, where there's more than just pork being spitroasted (if ya know what I mean). She gets a little too into that 72oz. steak, and her thickness shoots up quite a lot (let's say up to 20). Now, her underbust is 30! But since all that weight went to her abdomen , her boobs didn't get any bigger!
So, doing some quick math, to get her new measurements we subtract the new underbust from the old one. 30-26=4. Now we subtract that number from her breast rating. 4-4=0. Now, without actually changing the size of her boobies, she went from a 26D to a 30AA. Poor thing! Same size titties, different measurement. She still has big boobs, though!
So, I personally think this system would add more to my connection with my character. Now I really do know I'm a busty ausar bitch, and I know what dem titties look like too. Maybe this is just overcomplicating a simple thing, and I get that, but for a game so much about the sexual characteristics of our characters and just creating the sexiest critters we can? I think it's an important detail. Thoughts? Also if this somehow gets implemented, I don't want my name connected. I'm not programming shit and not doing any of the work to make this game, so all kudos go to Fenoxo for making this nut-buster of a game and the wonderful folks who write and program it with our glorious pornomancer.
