Core Stat Bonuses

So, I've discovered after reaching lvl. 13 and getting ready to Train up my stats before finishing leveling that I have a few bonuses I can't find the source of. Something(s) is adding a +1 to my Reflexes and another 10 points to Willpower to my Kineticist. I've checked Perks, my stats in the Codex, even unequipped every item in case there was something besides Resolve influencing things. Anyone know what I'm missing, don't mind having bigger numbers, but I would like to know what influences these apparently hidden buffs.

1. You installed the Sensory Dampener (+5 Will). Kineticists have Steel Will (+5 Max Willpower).
2. You have 50.8 Internal_reflexesRaw, which rounds up to 51 on the sidebar. The Level Up screen rounds down.

Huh, I don't know why I didn't consider that the bonuses from those perks wouldn't apply in the level-up screen. That would explain where the added 10 on the bar is coming from, thank you!
