So where do I find the consoles input commands? I knew where it was on the old version I just can't find it on the newer version.

There are two answers to this, depending on what, exactly, you're asking.

1. The old Cheats (and Codex Console) have been replaced by the Cheat Menu. Most, but not all, of the old Cheats have been implemented.
2. You can open the Developer/Browser Console with F12 or Control + Shift + I.
You can type in code to execute, reducing the need for an external Save Editor, if you know the correct commands. There's a thread here with some specific things you can do.
