Completing Kara's Quest, Part 2

Every time I try to complete Kara's Quest P2, I finish in the Lab, go to the Roof, fight the Void Pirates, and Amara Fell, beat them, finish the scenes with Kara, and right before it should finish the dialog, it crashes. I tried this x3 times, and each time its crashed in the same spot.

so I figured it out, on a 4th try, it was the 'Nuke' option to the base. If I chose to blow up the building, the game crashed. If I didn't 'Nuke' it, the game continues uncrashed.
