Completed games?

Is there a list of completed adult games somewhere? Mainly looking for western-style games, can be RPG maker if good.

Any recommendations? The games don't have to be 100% complete but i prefer if they don't end abruptly and don't feel limited.

Not a lot have been completed compared to how many are in production.

SweGabe has completed several versions of Queen Opala
Malleck has completed Road Trip just recently
Fenoxo has completed CoC
Pokkaloh has been completed on Newgrounds
Arvus Games has mostly completed Roundscape... and also Ass Effect
Akabur has completed Witch Trainer and Princess Trainer
Cypress Zeta has completed Overwhored
4chan has competed Katawa Shoujo
Winged Cloud has completed Sakura Dungeon the best pokemon game yet

And I that is about all of the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

VNs aren't really Western, and if they're being included I guess you could probably include a whole list of VNs too.

TFGamessite has an entire forum section dedicated to their completed games. Hypnopics' game list thread separates by what's finished, in production, or abandoned so it's easy to find complete games there too.

Yesterday was the release to the public but March 5 was the release on the Patreon.
They're moving on to Sea Holiday.

VNs aren't really Western, and if they're being included I guess you could probably include a whole list of VNs too.

It's a Visual Novel that is made in the west for a western audience. Same with the Sakura games.

Ourboros by Sierra Lee (a paid version is also available: I really feel that it's worth to buy it, even if you have played the original!);
Conquest by STR;
A bunch of Selecta Corp games by SelectaCorp (duh!) (I don't think that they are very known around here);
Pevert Action: Legacy by BBBen (there are another games already completed by this creator);
Corrupt the Priestess by Pyorgara (he has another game in progress);
