I'm playing around with an experimental save editing save to see how far I can take the customization, someone please tell me whats causing the "distinctive stripe across the nose" bit in the appearance blurb and how I get it normally(without save editing).

It's the Naoki flag I think. Or something like it, Naoki stripe maybe. And you can't get it in normal gameplay.

Edit: Yeah, it's Naoki Stripe under status effects. And again, not normally available.
