CoC: Unofficially Expanded Edition (v1.4.19 for CoC 1.0.2)

Go to the first post and click on the Download-button. Then simply download the swf-file of the latest release. Currently 1.4.12b.
How to run the mod: Download the SWF file through the Download button then drag the SWF file into browser tabs.
I have downloaded it. What should the icon look like on my desktop? And what does it represent? My download has the Firefox icon.
What does drag file into tabs mean? I have never done that for any game.
I cannot get it to run on a brand new laptop w windows 10 and Firefox I just put on it. All of other porn games work fine.

First off, there's no need to be disrespectful. Not everyone conforms to your schedule and looking at past posts would show you it can take a while to get a response.
Secondly, as Fenoxo stated in a site post last month, most modern browsers have been cutting back on support for Adobe Flash, which is what this mod is made in and runs through. Refer to the post here: https://www.fenoxo.com/difficulties-running-the-game/ for more info and a download link for a standalone version of the Adobe flash player.
Once you've got that, you'll have to configure Windows (which I assume you're operating, you didn't specify), to use that standalone .exe to run the mod. That should get it working.
As an aside, I have no idea what "drag into browser tabs" means either. This is just how I got it working for me.

First off, to answer your question, it simply means you have to open the file with your browser (so Firefox for you, apparently). And some browsers allow you to open a file by dragging it into open tabs.
That's it.
Second of all, Google is your friend. You could use it if you see people aren't answering your questions before having a nervous breakdown on a public forum thread.
Third of all, could you maybe chill? And maybe try being more polite when you ask a question and be patient? This is a forum, not a Q&A. How entitled do you have to be, to expect everyone to stop what they are doing to answer your question (that looks like troll bait, btw) ? Especially when forum users aren't in the same timezone and as such are active at different times than you.
Fourth, currently most browsers have trouble running .sfw files because they're stopping flash support (Firefox included), so you might want to download the standalone flash projector here and use it to open the game if you still can't run it with your computer.

They are difficulty settings that add the need for the PC to eat and drink, and probably other things, but I never use them, so idk what they do apart from that.

Low standards only means that you don't need to meet an NPC's physical requirements to bang them, only the right genitals, so yeah, it's pretty safe; that said, I think some scenes don't take that into account, so even if you can access the sex scenes, the NPC may, for example, call you a good girl even if your PC is masculine (because their scenes originally require the PC to be feminine). (It may have changed since the last time I played with Low Standards on, though).
Not quite sure how to address this. Talked to a friend of mine who is visually impaired and he said that flash tend to just be an annoying block with JAWS. A box pops up when hovering over the buttons though saying what they do is the screen reader not able to catch that?
So i recently found this mod on another website that has it embeded (and it's strange that i can't play the downloaded version) i just hit level ten and it isn't giving me the option to level up anymore? does anyone know why this might be the case?

Usually it is true flash is problematic with screen readers and most flash games are completely inaccessible, however, because coC in it's original form has fully working text, it plays fine provided you run it in a browser. Oddly enough the controls don't show up as actual buttons, but they do show up as labels one can click on which is certainly good enough to play. Perhaps this is due to the fact that original coC doesn't use mouseovers for labels where as Trials in Tainted space and CoC revamp do? Mouseovers are usually fine in most browsers, but they don't seem to be working in flash (or at least I've tried all the methods for reading mouseover text and am not getting anything).
The problem in the revamp mod is that all of the controls are unreadable, they are just announced as ""button" which obviously isn't handy if you want to know what your choosing.
ironically, Trials in tainted space a similar problem, since there some of the buttons, eg the new game button read okay, however others (i'm not sure which they are since I can't read them, but ones towards the top of the display for a start), do not.
I am guessing it's something to do with the attributes of the control, and likely would be a relatively simple fix, especially since it appears to be some sort of change that has occurred between the two versions of CoC.

Lumi's workshop.... Is it still found by doing explore twice? I have tried to get to it about 200 times. I looked in coved for a flag and I found line for "lumi - has met", but it is unmarked. I tried rebooting too.
Random encounters seem to be weighted to non important mod filler in forest, desert, and explore/explore. Need to be able to find named npcs......

I think there was one (possibly two) scenes. Not sure where to find it/them though. Behemoth maybe?
I thought I had a same problem but really I found her once and didn't notice. Once you met her, Lumi's Workshop is a in Places menu.
The ones I know of is one where you go to the bar for the first time, select Urta, and then select drink, after that there's a scene with you in the alley taking a piss, the second one is with the behometh where you piss in a barrel or something. No clue if there's anymore piss scenes but more would be nice.
I tried browsing the posts in this thread and there are too many. I can't find my saves to file in IE browser. At least, the game works. I also tried to play in Chrome, but, the .swf file just tries to download itself. What else can I do to play the game and keep my saves? I use Windows 10. My other choices are to use a program in Windows store.
We really need this issue noted in the OP.
https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/28/flashplayer_28_sa.exe use that to run flash games, including CoC and any mod/derivative of CoC. Flash is no longer supported by browsers, which is why it doesn't work on most if at all. Dedicated Flash players like the one linked will still work for the time being (at least until Adobe inevitably kicks the bucket with flash too).
How exactly do you ascend? I beat the game once and it gave me an ending where I hunted down demons until I died of old age.
