well, there is no quick-update function, as these games have adult content, and are therefore not allowed in Google Play. GG Google. -_-
So, what you have to do is, unfortunate as it may sound, download the new apk files and install them, which unfortunately ends up deleting your old save data.
If, however, you're just asking where to get them, TiTS is usually on patreon, and I think CoC is usually updated on site. public builds can be downloaded from Play page.

Okay, now something totally unrelated. How do I get Trials in Tainted Space for my new RCA Android tablet? All that comes up is an arm.apk file and I cannot get the x86 android file either. It let me get CoC though, which is weird! I am sorry for the ignorance and annoyance of it, but your help would be greatly appreciated.
