You need a pink egg.  You can get that with ovi elixirs by either using them yourself  with a vagina and visiting the lake to choose which colour you want or trade them in the mountains.  A large egg will remove both, small will only remove one.

There are a couple other ways to go.  You could get Rathazul to purify Succubi Milk enough times to lose all penis and then have him purify Incubi Draft to regrow one.  You can also make Ceraph a slaves where she has the ability to remove some body parts (penis, boobs)
