CoC Character Importing and TiTs Editor for Backers

I know that it may be a bit redundant to have one if the community has begun development of an editor themselves but I noticed that the backer editor is not available in the downloads here with the new accounts for backers.  If this has been already brought up, I apologize, this is my first time being on the forums since the sites switched over.

As an original backer I don't even know where to get the importer or save editor.  Does anyone know if they are done or have they been pushed off till after the game is more complete?
