Character has milk production 0 and has not used any transformation items. Certainly should not be "spraying milk."

It's based on the lactation multiplier. You should be able to check it in the save editor under the Body tab.

The multiplier is showing as 0.0...

I've found that when cup size drops to C (rating 3), the error doesn't occur. Shrug.
