I'm playing first time in FoE and Some times I have to deal with error PLACEHOLDER idk how I can break this if anyone knows how to help me please answer to me.

It's not an error. The "PLACEHOLDER" warning means that the scene is not written yet. That's why it's "placeholder" - "there will be something in this place in the future."
