Open the save in a txt file, it's pretty strait foreword. Find "pc" (You can change that to) name and increase desired stat. everything from exp to str to sex exp. You can even set the lv to 1 then level up all over again.

Just use debug. When you entire fights you'll notice a button that says "cheat." Instant win.
Edit: You activate debug by going to data (in the upper left hand corner) then selecting "toggle debug."

Download Notepad++ if you don't have it
Download JSTool and install
Open the save text in Notepad++
Plugins > JSTool > JSFormat
Change numbers
OR you could play the game, enter a fight you can win with auto-attacks and hold "1" for 10 minutes. Cheating really isn't necessary for this game. Takes the fun away if you do. I really suggest you instead take a look at the link Ormael tossed you. But, whatever floats your boat.

The "bold" is your exp, increase it and you will level up.
The "underlined" is your stats
the 0 = not a virgin FOE is weird.
I know about lazy I'm the princes of it, Dark is most certainly lame for a name.
