Cheat Menu won't activate

I'm trying to get the cheat menu to activate, but it won't work anymore. I'm clicking the dot in the I at the menu after loading a save, and nothing is happening.

Edit: Wanted to say it worked before the current patch.

Did you load a file first? It won't let you cheat menu until you have a character going.

It might also be worth uploading a save you're having trouble with.

It's a fairly recent game. As in I started it recently. Like last week.

Just be patient. This shit takes time and they have a lot on their plates.

Somehow, you got

"CHEATS_ENABLED":0

Normally, it should be undefined (or not in the save at all), or 1 (enabled).
To fix it, just load the save in your text editor of choice, search for Cheats and change the 0 to 1. Unfortunately, this won't prevent it from happening again.
