Cheat menu/Save Editor?

What it says in the title; is there a cheat menu or save editor at all, or at least a way to use the console or something to edit stuff?

No cheat menu, there's an unofficial editor literally on the front page of this forum, console editing exists but isn't officially supported either. Basically, if you want to mess with your saves you can but any potential fuckups will be on you.
