Is chaurmine available in the public build as of today and id so how do you find him?

He's been available in the public build for some time now(not sure how long he's been in the public build) and he can be found in The Wastes on Tarkus.

After you meet him the first time I can't find him again

After the first encounter with him in the Tarkus Wasteland he can be found at the bar in Novahome.

Pretty sure that in order to get the weapons from him you have to get his trust levels to the point where he leaves for Uveto then you can find him on Uveto and fight him to get the weapons. I’m not entirely sure though since I’ve never done so myself.

After you beat him on Uveto, he should show up at Uveto's hanger iirc
