Chat Video Problem

Hi, I signed up for the forums in hopes of being able to watch streams in the Chat section.  However, I cannot view any, and it says I am banned from fenchat.  Can someone help me?  I tried watching with no account and a fresh account and still no change.

Fen chat require now to pick some nick there as any randomn nick are autobanned. So well days you was hidding anonimous behind nick there are gone.
