The idea came to me like a brick to the skull. It's a joke idea I don't see going anywhere but for the sake of writing it imma write it.
The idea is this, a small minor faction or enemy type on any planet (could be all, could just be one). The faction would be one in line with Dr. Lash. While not quite as extreme, they see the sheer amount of casual nudity and sex that goes on as... not quite a sin. More like they feel sex isn't being valued as it should. In their quest to guide people (forcibly or though annoying preaching) they follow their own ideals, wearing chastity 'armor' that it goes from chastity to near bondages though how over the top it is.
Losing to them in the wilderness would have your underwear slot replaced with a chastity belt or for those with packages the same size or bigger then their bodies, a full hardlight covering. You might need the help of a tech specialist to get free of it.
The enemies themselves are highly resistant to lust attacks, up to 50% of their lust meter. They aren't fully against sex though, and tease/lust attacks over 50% start becoming more and more effective and they start to seek release, something they themselves can't grant.
