Will there be image packs like there are for CoC? And I remember way back when that there was a program where it would take your character and make an image based on the description of your character, will we be getting something like that?

image pack -- maybe. Very low priority.

Character viewer -- never, and a horrendous idea that would eat up ungodly amounts of time, which each attempt to do so for the original game has eventually languished and the whole concept being invalidated by you being able to upload your own image anyway.

This one seems more apt to keep the options within a reasonable framework - so if someone wanted to use a program like the dynamic avatar creator it'd be less of a monumental undertaking. But you could likely find something you like better by hopping on pixiv.
