Character Creation/Customisation?

Making a working character creation and allowing the player to customise your protagonist more during the game is even harder, yet I absolutely love it - one of the reasons why I love CoC, TiTS and Lust-Doll.

Does anyone know any finished games or games in development with such features?

Unless you also want to know every game that has any kind of customization, no matter how small. In which case, hoo boy.

Does Flexible Survival count? It has a bunch of TFs and a fair deal of equipment pieces.

There are also the various games with involuntary character transformations as a main theme, but I wouldn't expect those to count since the 'involuntary' part probably runs counter to the ideal of customization. *I'm looking at you, every single game that says 'pick your gender' then forces you to be female anyway before any sex happens.*
