Centaur Village Question

If you let the Centaur village get corrupted, do they have as much or any content as compared to the Pure route or will we have to wait for them to add them in? And is there a way to corrupt Ahmri later if you went down the Pure route?

Going by this other thread, the corruption route seems mostly dead. At least for a good long while, and unlikely to return in such large instances.
