I don't know for sure, but a quick google search tells me that a real horse is about 8 feet from nose to tail. Presumably if you take away the next it'll be a bit shorter (I dunno how long a horse neck is though), and as long as centaurs use realistic horse sizes (for their bodies at least) that seems like a good rough guideline

6-7 feet is a good estimate. I'd have to do research I'm too tired to bother with for height ranges, but expect tall.
