Carmelita doesn't show up [backer build]

I read on the fenoxo homepage that Carmelita is supposed to show up at the bar on Tavros Station when encountering her for the first time, but that doesn't seem to be the case for my character at least.

Ty for the save, was able to figure it out.

I'm guessing we didn't want players finding her on their first trip to Tavros, so she only shows up post Mhenga. However, our test for that was poor. We were only considering if the player got cash from the mhenga probe, and some players don't (your save, for example).

I'm changing the check to "having the coords for Tarkus." That works perfectly with your save.
