Can't walk past the space between the gym and ice cream parlor on new texas

I checked if anno was summoning kaede, but this happened even when she's back on tavros. I've interacted with everyone in the gym, so I assume this is one of the random repeat encounters trying to trigger. Fortunately, I'm trying to get to the end of the road and not coming back from it, or I might be softlocked on this save.

Edit: ohhhh, I bet you're on the public version? This isn't your fault at all, but even though that function is used on NT, it's located in a Myrellion file. Any thoughts, @Fenoxo? Move it over, or are we opening Myrellion soon?

Edit2: ok, made a pr that moves the file. Let's see what they think.
