Can't talk to Kiro.

For some reason, her talk menu is greyed out after her quest on canadia. I can't talk to her AT ALL about ANYTHING. When she is on the crew, the picardine talk does not have an option in that menu. Her affection was maxed, pending kiro quest. She was saved quickly on one run, slowly on another. Neither of that changed anything. Has this quest been disabled pending changes in content, coding, or what?
