Can't recruit Pippa?

I'm not sure if this is a bug, or I'm just doing something horribly wrong, but I'm having trouble recruiting Pippa as a Crew Member. I've got max affection with her, and I've told her about Yammi so many times, but I can't seem to recruit her. There's no option, and she never brings it up.

Have you talked to her about money? When I had trouble recruitting her, that was the issue.

I've gone through all of her dialogue options multiple times, nada.

You have to wait for an email from her before she’ll talk about joining your crew. Did you check there?

How long has it been since you got both requirements? And have you left Uveto at all since? I got the email after I left the planet.

I left the planet, and got the e-mail. I must've not hit the requirements before, somehow.
