Can't Proc Call Girl

at tavros there's a zil call girl you could proc somehow, but because im starting a new character I forgot how to proc her; how do?


I dug through the search box to try and find if this was already answered, but I can't seem to find it

You'll have to do Seandras two quest in order to unlock her I think.

Yup she's currently unlocks after PC do 2nd Seandra quest that is happening at Tavros. She's first time meet htere when PC is picking between options of solving one of quest fights. Later she would be normaly accesable there ^^
