So I've put quite a bit of time playing in my main save and decided to revisit Zhara's content recently after getting back into the game but now I can't get her to appear outside of the fight in the foothills and I'm quite sure I never kicked her out so I don't know why she isn't appearing anywhere,can you guys help?

Do you mean getting her to visit you in your room at the Frosthound or getting her to arrive at the Wayfort?
If things are working properly, she'll show up during the ambush (It will describe her differently). Presumably you have to sex her at least, to get her to want your cock (I assume you need one). Then she might show up at Frosthound.
There's so many things that can happen at the Frosthound that it might take some tries to have that specific event occur.
As for the Wayfort, she'll likely show up after it's restored to a certain amount. That's just assuming nothing has gone wrong in your specific game.

the WINGLEADER_STATE flag is set to 0, which reflects Zhara being kicked out. She won't reappear without save-editing
