Can't get in to Telduum village

[Telduum village]

no matter what i do i can not get in to Telduum village, i have wait days in the game but everytime i get close it fades and i can't go there.
i have meet cassia ones but after that i could not go back.

is this some kinder bug? or am i doing something wrong?
