Can't find the anthill!!

I have wasted 6 in-game days straight trying to encounter the anthill in the desert, but i just encountered enemies or nothing. This is after meeting the queen for the first time and i feel that it disappeared from the game or something. How do i encounter it again??

You have to explore the plains first, save the ant princess from the deamons by kicking their ass ( you have to play hero) , talk to her, then explore the dessert and then once a day fight in the arena .
