Where do i find the slavebreaker i can recruit? I've fought several of the ones on Zheng Shi but never had the option to enslave one.

Fuck the Black & Gold Slavebreaker 3 times. You should get a prompt to talk to Urbolg. Talk to him about getting a collar. Come back after 10 hours with 200,000 Credits. Fight the Black & Gold Slavebreaker again. You'll be able to put the collar on her if you have a 'Hard' personality and at least 100 mLs(?) cum output.
