Can't find area to deliver the old woman's rags

I have a feeling this is a four head moment, but where do you deliver the old woman's rags? I've gone where it says, NE of the Wayfort, and there's nothing on any of the titles.

You exit the Wayfort using its northern gate and then enter the fire temple. Go north 1 more tile inside the temple and you're there.
