After playing blackjack at the casino on Zheng Shi, I went to Dhaal to see if I could afford to buy Dizzy. Landed no problem, passed by the Milk Bar for a night's rest, tried to enter the Paragon Brothel and got this message.
Apparently a lack of Feruze in this public version crashes the game. Guess she is supposed to show up there but it seems like the code is not up to date. Or maybe you gotta do the Big Party to first meet your cousin on Dhaal? So many questions.
