cant 100% steam achievements

I cant seem to find anyway to get the refuse the call achievement for denying Cait plee for help and ive tried alot of differnet things but the only option i see at the start is "Help her"

Start a new game, then when Cait comes bursting through the door, ignore her entirely. Don't help her, don't chastise the other patrons for not helping her, and don't skip the tutorial.
