Cannot recruit Syri (backers)

I've got a save from the old version of the game and went to recruit Syri. Played through her tournament quest, but when I hit the end of the quest and she mentions her new streaming setup, but instead of getting the option to add her to my crew all I get is a 'next' prompt. Nothing else shows up, and hitting the next button ends the encounter and then Syri just vanishes from the game, doesn't show up in utevo or menga no matter how long I wait.

Just loaded up my converted save in Public 1814. Syri re-appears in The Freezer's back room after 3 days. She then automatically initiates conversation and can be recruited.

good lord, apparently i forgot that sleeping doesn't accelerate time a full day, you're right, I'm just dumb. Thank you!
