Can you removed Etheryn's cage yet?

On the wiki it implies it is possible but doesn't say how to do it.

Because it hasn't been written yet. If you've progressed the main plot up to its current limit, you'll find that we're getting closer to the point when removing it will be possible. It was also hinted at a bit earlier in the (missable) notes you can collect during the last stage of the Winter Wolf quest.
