Can you Move the UI?

Is there a way to move the UI for the controls to the other side of the screen? I could have sworn that was a thing, but maybe I'm just misremembering.

Edit:Ah....I'm dumb the combat UI moves the arrows over to the right. Is there a way to make that permanent?

As far as I know, you can't move that stuff around. You get what is presented to you.
