Hi sorry to bother everyone. Trying latest public build and discovered the marefolk village and Zuzaan the blacksmith. Looked her up on the wiki and it says you can knock her up, yet no matter how much i try it never seems to work. Is there some kind of requirement or is it still not in yet?

Should be in the public build, given that it's part of her base content. It's worth noting that she doesn't have a preg bust yet, but she's definitely able to be impregnated
Everyone else has already given you accurate answers, but I also wanted to clarify that her pregnancy is somewhat slow, and there are no dialogue changes that reference her state when she is impregnated.
If you've had sex with her, she's likely already pregnant, but you wont notice any changes to her sex scenes or appearance screen until a few in-game weeks pass.
