In the Deep Caves on Myrellion you come across Queen Taivra and Queensguard basically beat Queensguard but lose to Taivra then you will get 3 options of what to do with Jack/Jill if you pick "Bed warmer" (or something like that I forget exactly what the option said) you get to fuck him/her... to bad you're slave now.
