Can you challenge Arona again after challenging her once?

In my gameplay I let Arona be sub and I wanted to challenge her for alpha to give her a chance to be a dom but in doing so, the challenge button does not appear there after you challenged her once.

Is it possible to challenge her again?

Nope, it's a one and done deal. As soon as the fight ends you're stuck with whatever outcome happens. Pretty sure it was put there for those who wanted to switch to domrona anyways.

Did you read the text when you try to challenge her? She's quite explicit about not wanting to go back and forth on who gets to be on top.
