Can;t do normal attacks only tease

I'm guessing i accidentally skipped something, and got a new fetish piercing or something, but I can no longer perform physical attacks. Only tease attacks. I dont really feel like growing a set of knockers so I;m basically wondering if this is reversible? Or do I need to start a new game?

Its the final Cereph piercing. Basically, she's given you a submission fetish so overpowering you cannot attack others.

You can also trade a Bimbo Liquor for fetish removal.

I guess there was a NPC in Tel Adre that could remove Ceraph's piercings at a cost.

That NPC can remove piercing itslef I think but effect will stay so only making new bargain with Ceraph will help remove effect of her piercings too.
