Can Etheryn's chastity cage be removed after the ice palace dungeon?

Hi, I just wanted to know if Etheryn's chastity cage is removable once you clear the latest dungeon/do any necessary social stuff.

I really feel bad for her and would love to be able to set her free. She's such a good friend to the champion.
