Not sure if this is entirely intended, but using this option has a chance of proccing the scene in which the sydian female shows up. However, my Steele was entirely feminine, and although this may just be because the game noted I had the hardlight underwear and counted it, the game treated my PC as if she was with a dick. It also refers to the scene as if I had cock nipples, despite just starting the game and not able to afford Dicksprout yet. Save for convenience.
