I was wondering, is there plans for Cait to get some kind of boon from mallacha?

Savin only knows what the long-term plans for Cait are and what long term effects founding (or not founding) the Temple will have in story terms, if only in the ending options. What we do know is that she does have another TF enthiccening option coming up in Khor'minos that's mutually exclusive with Leo!Cait. As for Mallach blessing Cait specifically: Convocation of Mirrors-ajacent stuff

When Mallach talks to the Champion after you question River he mentions that he won't speak to Cait directly even though he could, because he's not sure how much of Cait's faith is in him and how much is in the framework that his religion has constructed around him and that it's important for her to complete that journey on her own.

And of course, as Savin has said many times now, Cait's brand isn't getting undone during the course of the game so regardless of the ultimate answer to your question, that's right out.

what’s is Caits brand?

The mark that makes it impossible for her to get pregnant. Champions with a penis (or ghostlight, though they can't normally impregnate anyone) who've cum in the kitty's kitty at least once can unlock a Talk option and learn about it. Whether you've seen it or not affects the conversation when Salwah shows up.
