Why doesn't Cait make a bigger deal about getting ass fucked in the world when anal is denied up until you meet her friend and she finally gives into it? One mob fucks her ass in world and she is ready for anal, but the player trying has to do a questline to get it. Just curious.

Because. She was saving that for someone special, if she loses her buttginity prior to completing the quest that becomes moot. Also presumably because Savin doesn't want to lock out that content and it's easier to just have her anal options unlock than write a whole variation to account for it.
