Does anyone have any idea what happened to the character Byvernia in the game?

Her writer hasn't gotten around to giving her more content yet. That happens a lot, whether it's a character or a quest or a plot hook and doesn't mean nothing will happen, it just means it hasn't happened yet.

Now, sometimes a writer leaves and their work is in limbo unless somebody wants to pick it up (see strawberry_tea's projects) but that's not the case here.

If the original poster can't find Byvernia any more, she now only appears in the southern part of the Foothills (red squares on the in-game map).
