Bug, Penny recruitment Next button still there after moving to main street.

it's just a one time time, but i think i should be fix.
After choosing the option to offer creds, and the next button shows up, clicking next move the player out side of the station, but the next button is not removed.
pressing this next button does nothing.

I'll put a save before the dialog for testing.
